Technical Assistance Center
The Technical Assistance Center’s (TAC) primary responsibility is to serve as the single point of contact for technical support to RCIS agents, focusing on issues and incident management. Our goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction by providing friendly and timely customer service.

Our field service team members represent RCIS as the personal face of the company, building strong relationships with the agents in their region. The RCIS field reps are a seasoned, knowledgeable team with many years of industry experience.
